CONCEPT
- Increased yield of production with long sequence casting.

ASSEMBLY
- Easy and quick mounting of the MNC to the tundish bottom by means of an assembly car.
- Mounting on tundish bottom via centering bolts, fixation with wedges or bolts.
- Off-line handling minimizes the number of Metering Nozzle Changer Units.
MOUNTING AND DRIVE
- Nozzle change and shut off in less than one second.
- Blank brick for cast end or quick stop/emergency closing.
- No splashing due to tight push edge design.
- Hydraulic cylinder drive system.
- Possibility to use one cylinder for all strands.
MNC-SN AND MNC-BELLOWS
- Protected casting with submerged nozzle or bellows possible.
